Welcome! I'm Sterre.

I am a certified Life Coach, and I am currently studying Time management. Through my coaching, I help people who feel stuck in inner restlessness and a lack of structure find calm, control, and focus in their lives again.

My story is one of inner restlessness, control, and mental overwhelm, and how I learned that true calm doesn’t come from working harder, but from living differently. I’d love to take you through that journey.

I know how it feels like to lose your wings.

There was a period in my life when everything felt heavy. I procrastinated, lost all sense of direction, and had no real purpose. My mind never stopped. Anxiety, depressive periods, perfectionism, and endless overthinking shaped my days. I had no structure whatsoever and lived in constant chaos.

It felt as though I was walking with weights on my feet, stuck in a life that didn’t truly belong to me. Somewhere along the way, I had lost myself.

At some point, I decided something had to change. I started working on myself. I created structure, made detailed plans, and set the bar higher than ever before. What started as personal growth slowly turned into control. My days were organized, but my nervous system was constantly on high alert. Everything had to be better, faster, more efficient. From the outside, my life looked stable. On the inside, the inner restlessness remained.

I had structure, but I didn’t have peace.

The real turning point came when I stopped trying to fix myself and started trying to understand myself. I discovered that real change doesn’t come from having more discipline, but from connection. Connection with your body, your boundaries, and your energy. I learned how important it is to regulate your nervous system, to make structure supportive instead of controlling, and to let go of perfectionism without losing your ambition.

Slowly, space began to appear. Space in my mind. Space in my days. Space in the choices I made.

My wings grew back. They grew back because I learned to stop working against myself. By bringing together calm, structure, and a healthy mindset instead of seeing them as separate things.

A Chance to Fly represents that moment. The moment you decide that you no longer want to survive in chaos or constant tension, but want to live with calm and control. Not by becoming someone else, but by returning to who you truly are.

Today, I no longer live from a place of control, but from a place of awareness. Not without challenges, but with inner calm as my foundation. And I believe that everyone struggling with inner restlessness, a lack of structure, or mental overwhelm deserves that same opportunity.

Everyone deserves a chance to fly.

But what if I fall? Oh darling, what if you fly
